Recommend it for couples looking for nice stay
The hotel is situated in a quiet and clean area! The continental breakfast had excellent Italian flavors like ricotta and good coffee. And those cappuccinos? To die for! We enjoyed sitting under the cast iron porch and watching the world go by.
It wasn't too affordable, but still acceptable.

It has reasonably large rooms with storage space for clothes, a balcony, for example. The services are TERRIFIC, including a very clean pool.

Food was first class
I would like more shade at the pool-side

The staff was quite churlish, except for perhaps Valentina, who was the only one who actually cared. The so-called 'heated' mineral pool was freezing, and clearly unfit for luxurious guests. After the nonsense i endured, an upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do, but that didn't happen. I almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn't.

Good and quiet location, near city center, suitable for relax or spa procedures in a city, with swimming pool in the hotel garden.

This is a really different hotel for Italy. It has a lovely Queensland style verandah/beer garden at the front of the hotel with palms and other tropical plants. The interior is romantic furnishings with floral arrangements and ornaments in the lounge areas. The meals are very good. The rooms are of the same decoration with modern bathrooms. Great location to spas and the towns beautiful gardens. A lovely hotel in a lovely town.

good stay but needs some improvements
I appreciated the cleanliness of the room. The location is fantastic, and everything is within walking distance. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy and maintained a high standard. I enjoyed the lovely garden view from my room.
Despite the positives, the bed firmness detracted from getting a good night's sleep.

We have stayed at this hotel hotel for the last 2 years.we come every year to see friends and I am sure we will be back again next year.the location is excellent, the owners and staff are very friendly, food very good, and excellent value for money.
We only have 1 issue with the hotel and that is the short time you can use the swimming pool.you can't swim before breakfast as it is forbiden before 10.00am then between 1.00pm and 4.00pm there is no swimming as they call it quiet time, and then it finishes at 6.00pm so if you have been out siteseeing all day you have very little chance of a swim.

I was more than satisfied with the Hotel Facilities & the helpful staff
My only disappointment was there was no fresh fruit or tomatoes available for breakfast

The hotel is situated right in the heart of
The town. I appreciated the cleanliness and beautiful decor throughout. The breakfast selection could have been broader, and timing was a bit tight for those of us who liked to sleep in.

Fairly clean hotel, services were friendly and location was particularly good and lovely to train station & city centre. Supper friendly staff as I wanted. The breakfast was included and had lots of meals. Location: the venue was close to the main sights in Montecatini Terme and Montecatini Alta, Italy for over 20 years and Florence, Pisa, Lucca and Vinci. The place was steps away from Fedi Dino Roberto, where you can have dinner. I spent 7 nights and would book again...
Nothing it is perfect.

On arrival we were greeted warmly by the owner of the hotel and made to feel welcome. It is a lovely 1920's hotel but with modern comforts. The room we had was extremely well appointed and was pristine. All the staff were friendly even though we spoke differing languages, and we also experienced lovely friendly times with them and also the owners who were excellent hosts. Nothing was a trouble to either the owners or the hotel staff who were willing to help in every way in a charming manner. There is an adequate swimming pool with loungers, towels and also a small garden area with a terrace where you can sit and relax. Each morning we watched the pool and area being thoroughly cleaned. Fronting the hotel there is a terrace with tables, seats and settees where you can people watch. The buffet breakfast is more than adequate but continental which is what you expect when traveling to the continent. You can take dinner in the hotel and food is typically Italian but once again the staff are excellent in trying to suit your taste within reason. Fresh plants and flowers are in abundance both inside and outside the hotel and there is much greenery. All in all our holiday was made memorable mostly due to staying in this delightful hotel and owners who care about their guests. We do hope that we are able to return soon.
