Recommend it for couples looking for nice stay

The hotel is situated in a quiet and clean area! the continental breakfast had excellent Italian flavors like ricotta and good coffee that made every morning feel special. And those cappuccinos? to die for! We enjoyed sitting under the cast iron porch and watching the world go by.

It wasn't too affordable, but still acceptable.

the staff was quite churlish, except for perhaps Valentina, who was the only one who actually cared. the so-called 'heated' mineral pool was freezing, and clearly unfit for luxurious guests. after the nonsense i endured, an upgrade woudl ve been the least they could do, but that didn’t happen. i almost thought to give a good review, but just couldn’t.

good stay but needs some improvements

I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, which allowed for a comfortable environment. The location is fantastic, and everything is within walking distance. Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything tidy and maintained a high standard. I enjoyed the lovely garden view from my room, adding tranquility to my stay.

Despite the positives, the bed firmness detracted from getting a good night's sleep.

It was just a proper fit for a momentary pause in Montecatini Terme with great value for the money. The cocktail service in the late afternoons was really enjoyable and made for a relaxing experience. Be sure to take advantage of the massage therapist's services. they're worth it.

My stay at Parma was delightful! The charming Italian decor and welcoming atmosphere made it a retreat. Enjoyed exploring nearby Florence and Lucca easily. The food at the restaurant was fresh and tasty, but the beds were a bit firm for my liking. an engaging experience!

The comfortable double room came with air conditioning, a minibar, and a flat-screen TV. The large buffet breakfast was fresh with local flavors. Staff were super friendly, especially at reception. The pool area looked inviting, with nice outdoor seating. Hotel is just a short walk to local attractions and conveniently near transport links.

Disappointment struck when I found the pool incorrectly advertised as heated. it was barely warm enough for a decent dip. The lack of basic tea and coffee facilities in the room made for uncomfortable mornings, especially after late nights. The dinner menus during half board felt bland and uninspired. a wider variety would have improved the dining experience.
